Return & Refund Policy

At GLR Innovations, we supply catalogue-based specialty chemicals. Due to the sensitive nature of these products,

returns are governed by strict quality and safety guidelines.

1. Approval Before Return

Returns are accepted only after prior written approval from GLR Innovations.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only in case of :-

• Incorrect product supplied
• Verified quality issues
• Damage during transit

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return unless confirmed by GLR Innovations :-

• Opened or used products
• Partially consumed materials
• Custom synthesis or special order products
• Temperature-sensitive or perishable items

4. Condition of Return

Approved returns must be :-

• In original packaging with intact labels
• Stored as per recommended conditions

5. Return Process

• Valid invoice and supporting documents are mandatory
• Returns must follow instructions provided by GLR Innovations

6. Shipping Responsibility

• Approved returns: shipping cost borne by GLR Innovations
• Unapproved/invalid returns: shipping cost borne by buyer

7. Refund / Replacement

• Replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval
• If replacement is not required, refund will be processed within 7 working days via: Credit note to customer 

 

 **Important Note** As chemicals are sensitive and regulated products, GLR Innovations follows strict quality

and handling protocols. Returns outside the above conditions will not be accepted.
